Reflections on Tea

A one year long commitment to again taste each of the 275 teas (last credible count) in Tea and Chi and comment about them. Along the way look for thoughts and happenings from the daily life of the tea store in downtown Vero Beach, Florida as well as recipes, photos and who knows what else.
As far as the tastings go my goal is to taste each tea and impartially evaluate it for quality, be it a tea I like or not. This is my 2010 New Year resolution so look for the first updates in early January.
